How much does a cremation cost?

When looking for an unattended direct cremation, ensure you ask if the price includes GST. Don't be caught out and have to pay 10% on the final invoice. Some operators advertise Ex GST prices which is deceptive and confusing. They also use our business name in various ways to trick you into thinking you have found the original Direct Cremation company.

Every customer receives ashes back in a cardboard scatter tube. Scatter tubes allow you to contain the ashes in a cardboard tube until the day of scattering. On the day of the scattering you simply pop open the perforated hole and gently scatter the ashes. Choose from one of 14 different images that suit the person we have cremated. There are 14 different tubes available and you must advise us when making the arrangements which scatter tube you require. If we don't receive this instruction the ashes will be returned in a standard plastic ashes container.
